The nursery is open for kids ages 0 – 4 during the 8:30am service and 9:45 Sunday school hour.
The Nursery at FPC aims to provide a safe and loving care environment for our youngest congregants, as their parents participate in worship, bible study, and other activities at the church. It is a place where our babies and toddlers can experience Christs love by having others invest directly in them, helping them to enjoy their time at church with God’s people. This ministry is currently led by Heather Hills, our interim Early Childhood Director and a large group of dedicated volunteers.
If you have questions about the nursery or childcare, please contact Heather Hills.
Your children’s safety is important to us. We have a strict written safety policy. All children are required to be checked in and out of their program rooms. Children 2nd grade and under must be electronically checked in and the parent/guardian will receive a child check to be presented at pick-up. We also use a pager system to alert parents of children 4 and under if their child needs their attention. Every volunteer working with children at FPC has undergone reference checks, nationwide background checks and a MA CORI check. Copies of this policy are available in the church office.
