We offer a variety of ways for women to be encouraged and strengthened in their faith, as well as to use their talents and gifts to serve God and his people.
Women’s Ministries Two Upcoming Connection Events!
- Monday, March 8, 6:30 – 8pm “Bonfire in the Back” <—IN PERSON Meet at church where we’ll have a bonfire (and perhaps a few extra heaters) in the back parking lot. You can gather [socially distanced of course] and hang out. BYO hot chocolate, blanket and chair, we’ll provide the fire and fellowship!
- Wednesday, March 24th, 7pm – 8pm “The Hiding Place” <—-ZOOM Join us via Zoom for a book discussion night taking a look at Corrie Ten Boom’s famous, but short memoir, A Hiding Place. It’s the true story of life in Holland and Germany during WWII and Ten Boom’s faith in God through the trials she faced. You’ll walk with her as she yields herself to God’s plan and as He shapes her actions and reactions. You’ll be both heartbroken and inspired. But this fascinating account of rubber-meets-the-road gritty, gutsy faith will bring home how God can use you wherever you are and in whatever mess you’re in to bring glory to His name and lead others to Christ. See our FPC Women’s FB page for information on which book version we suggest if you don’t already have a copy!
